Ngy Meng An is 7 years old and lives in Svay Por Village, Svay Bea Commune, Sangkae District, Battambang Province. Meng Arn is currently in his 2nd grade at Krousa Thmey Primary School, Deaf-Mute and Blind Children School in Cambodia. The boy stays with his grandmother most of the time for the parents must go out doing their little own business at the market. It is very sad to know that he has been carrying this miserable hearing loss since he was very little. Until one day, Men An’s grandmother was told by her neighbor (who had received ear operation at ENT Building before) that IC provides audiogram test free of charge. Meng An received audiogram test done by IC audiogram team and 3 weeks later, IC arranged with All Ears his hearing aid made. The family was very delighted to see their little boy’s happy smile again because she can hear now.
